DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICIES
We aim to have all orders shipped within 48-72 hours, however if placed before 12PM Pacific Time they may go out same day. Orders placed Friday after 12PM PST will be shipped the next business day. Standard shipments will ship via USPS, FedEx or DHL depending on your location. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped.
We are a small business, so please bear with us! Any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to reach out via email. You will get a response within 24-48 hours.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Rare Vision. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we would be happy to issue a store credit, refund, or exchange for any returned merchandise. Returns/Exchanges are NOT accepted for sales items.
• Returns must be postmarked and mailed within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be unworn with the original tags attached and in original packaging (where applicable).
• Please include the original packing list with your return to avoid any delays in processing. Once the package is received, our team will process the return, and you will be notified via email.
• We reserve the right to correct, update or change our returns/refund/exchange policy at any time without notification.
SALES TAX
All orders shipping to a California address are subject to a 9.25% sales tax fee. All orders shipping to an address outside California, are subject to whatever the sales tax is for your state.
